California High School Volleyball - Providence over Burroughs
October 2, 2023: Burbank, CA 91506 Providence Pioneers (Burbank, CA) supporters left the game in high spirits Monday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Burroughs Bears (Burbank, CA), 3-1 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Pioneers clash with the Westridge Tigers (Pasadena, CA) in a Prep match, on Thursday, October 5. Providence will attempt to advance on its 11-16 season record. The Tigers come into the match with a 11-8 record after their 3-1 league loss to Flintridge Prep (La Canada, CA).
With the loss, Burroughs drops to 10-10 on the campaign. The Bears travel to Muir (Pasadena, CA) to clash with the Mustangs in a Pacific match on Tuesday, October 3. The Mustangs come into the match with a record of 13-11. Muir lost 3-0 in their recent league match against Glendale (Glendale, CA)
