Delaware High School Volleyball - Howard can't hold off Woodbridge
October 2, 2023: Wilmington, DE 19801 In Monday's non-league battle, the visiting Woodbridge Raiders volleyball team scored a tight 3-2 triumph over the Howard Wildcats.
The Raiders (2-4) will now prepare for their battle against Delmar (Delmar, DE). The Wildcats come into the Henlopen South battle with a 0-9 record. In their last battle, Delmar was edged by Lake Forest (Felton, DE), 3-1, in a league battle.
Next, the Wildcats encounter the Concord Raiders (Wilmington, DE) in a Blue Hen Flight - B battle, on Wednesday, October 4. Howard will attempt to advance on its 2-7 season record. The Raiders come into the battle with a 7-3 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Middletown (Middletown, DE).
