October 2, 2023: Jemison, AL 35085 The Jemison Panthers volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Woodlawn Colonels to 0 in the Panthers non-league victory on Monday.
The Panthers now possess a 5-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host JAG for a non-league game on Wednesday, October 4. Jemison will meet a Jaguars team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Booker T. Washington (Tuskegee, AL). The Jaguars record now stands at 7-4.
The Colonels (11-7) will now prepare for their game against Jackson-Olin (Birmingham, AL). The Mustangs enter the non-league game with a 2-11 record. In their last game, Jackson-Olin defeated Bessemer City (Bessemer, AL), 3-0, in a non-league game.
