October 2, 2024: Parchment, MI 49004 Fans at Wednesday's league battle between the Parchment Panthers (Parchment, MI) and the visiting Hackett Catholic Prep Fighting Irish (Kalamazoo, MI), saw Parchment's soccer squad hold off Hackett Catholic Prep by a count of 2-1.
The Panthers (12-4) will now prepare for their battle against Bridgman (Bridgman, MI). The Bees enter the non-league battle with a 4-7 record. In their last battle, Bridgman was edged by Kellogg (Delton, MI), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Fighting Irish battle the South Haven Rams (South Haven, MI) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, October 3. Hackett Catholic Prep will attempt to upgrade on its 4-8 season record. The Rams enter the battle with a 8-7 record after their 1-0 non-league win over Covert (Covert, MI).
