New York High School Football - Homer sneaks past New Hartford
October 2, 2025: Homer, NY 13077 The Homer Trojans football squad scored 63 points and limited the visiting New Hartford Spartans to 56 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Trojans now sport a 5-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Institute of Tech for a Section 3 B - West outing on Friday, October 10. Homer will clash with a Eagles squad coming off a 34-26 league win over Indian River (Philadelphia, NY). The Eagles record now stands at 4-1.
With the defeat, New Hartford drops to 4-1 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Chittenango (Chittenango, NY) to clash with the Bears in a Section 3 B - East game on Saturday, October 11. The Bears enter the game with a record of 3-2. Chittenango won 27-15 in their recent league game against Camden (Camden, NY)
