Ohio High School Football - Canfield sneaks past Louisville
October 2, 2025: Canfield, OH 44406 The Canfield Cardinals football squad scored 20 points and limited the visiting Louisville Leopards to 19 in the Cardinals non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Cardinals now hold a 3-4 record. They play next when they travel to Benedictine for a non-league challenge on Thursday, October 9. Canfield will play a Bengals team coming off a 30-0 non-league win over Aurora (Aurora, OH). The Bengals record now stands at 3-2.
The Leopards (1-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Orrville (Orrville, OH). The Red Riders go into the non-league challenge with a 3-1 record. In their last challenge, Orrville was nipped by Canton Central Catholic (Canton, OH), 20-0, in a non-league test.
