The Apex Cougars (Apex, NC) football knocked off the visiting Apex Friendship Patriots (Apex, NC), 28-12 in Thursday's league contest.

The Cougars (6-0) will now prepare for their contest against Willow Spring (Fuquay-Varina, NC). The Storm enter the bout with a 5-1 record. In their last bout, Willow Spring beat Green Level (Cary, NC), 55-8, in a league bout.
