Fans at Thursday's non-league battle between the North Tahoe Lakers (Tahoe City, CA) and the host Churchill County Greenwave (Fallon, NV), witnessed North Tahoe's soccer team knock off Churchill County by a final score of 4-1.

With the triumph, North Tahoe moves its record to 9-2 on the campaign. The Lakers travel to South Tahoe (South Lake Tahoe, CA) to clash with the Vikings in a 3A Northern - West outing on Tuesday, October 7. The Vikings go into the outing with a record of 9-2. South Tahoe won 4-2 in their recent league outing against Truckee (Truckee, CA)
