New Jersey High School Soccer - Manchester Township nudges Raritan
October 2, 2025: Hazlet, NJ 07730 In Thursday's non-league outing, the visiting Manchester Township Hawks soccer squad scored a tight 2-1 victory over the Raritan Rockets.
The Hawks (5-6) will now prepare for their outing against Barnegat (Barnegat, NJ). The Bengals go into the Shore B - South outing with a 6-6 record. In their last test, Barnegat was tipped by Christian Brothers Academy (Lincroft, NJ), 6-0, in a non-league test.
The Rockets now have a 4-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Liberty for a non-league test on Saturday, October 4. Raritan will clash with a Lions team coming off a 4-3 non-league loss to Point Pleasant Beach (Point Pleasant Beach, NJ). The Lions record now stands at 7-1.
