Michigan High School Soccer - Manistee knocks off Tri County Area
October 2, 2025: Manistee, MI 49660 Manistee Mariners (Manistee, MI) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their soccer squad triumph over the visiting Tri County Area Vikings (Howard City, MI), 6-0 in a league outing.
The Mariners (8-7) will now prepare for their outing against St. Francis (Traverse City, MI). The Gladiators go into the non-league outing with a 12-5 record. In their last outing, St. Francis Alma (Alma, MI), 2-2, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Vikings confront the Potterville Vikings (Potterville, MI) in a non-league test, on Monday, October 6. Tri County Area will attempt to move on its 8-9 season record. The Vikings come into the test with a 2-11 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Stockbridge (Stockbridge, MI).
