Fans at Thursday's non-league contest between the Diller-Odell Griffin (Odell, NE) and the visiting Dorchester Longhorns (Dorchester, NE), observed Diller-Odell's volleyball team hold off Dorchester by a count of 2-1.

With the win, Diller-Odell improves its record to 9-11 on the season. The Griffin host Fillmore Central (Geneva, NE) to encounter the Panthers in a non-league battle on Tuesday, October 7.
