Florida High School Volleyball - Southwest Florida Christian bounced by Lemon Bay
October 2, 2025: Fort Myers, FL 33912 Lemon Bay Manta Rays (Englewood, FL) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball team overcome the host Southwest Florida Christian King's (Fort Myers, FL), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Manta Rays (13-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Cardinal Mooney (Sarasota, FL). The Cougars enter the non-league challenge with a 9-7 record. In their last challenge, Cardinal Mooney was beaten by Berkeley Prep (Tampa, FL), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the King's face the Harvest Community Warriors (Jacksonville, FL) in a non-league test, on Friday, October 3. Southwest Florida Christian will attempt to improve on its 14-7 season record. The Warriors come into the challenge with a 15-7 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Ponte Vedra (Ponte Vedra, FL).
