October 2, 2025: Clinton, IA 52732 Lisbon Lions (Lisbon, IA) followers left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the host Prince of Peace Prep Irish (Clinton, IA), 3-2 in a non-league test.
With the win, Lisbon advances its record to 22-3 on the season. The Lions host North Cedar (Stanwood, IA) to face the Knights in a non-league outing on Tuesday, October 7. The Knights come into the outing with a record of 12-4. North Cedar won 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Easton Valley (Preston, IA)
With the loss, Prince of Peace Prep drops to 3-12 on the campaign. The Irish travel to Calamus-Wheatland (Wheatland, IA) to play the Warriors in a non-league outing on Tuesday, October 7. The Warriors come into the outing with a record of 5-12.
