October 20, 2022: Hyattsville, MD 20781 In Thursday's league match, the host DeMatha Stags football squad scored a good 25-0 victory over the St. Mary's Ryken Knights.
In their next game, the Stags clash with the Clarkson North North (Mississauga, AK) in a non-league match, on Friday, October 28. DeMatha will attempt to move on its 7-0 season record.
The Knights (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Bishop Ireton (Alexandria, VA). The Cardinals go into the non-league test with a 0-1 record. In their last test, Bishop Ireton was defeated by Archbishop Carroll (Washington, DC), 48-0, in a league test.
