Georgia High School Softball - Upson-Lee bounces Calvary Day
October 20, 2022: Thomaston, GA 30286 Upson-Lee Knights (Thomaston, GA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Calvary Day Cavaliers (Savannah, GA), 17-4 in a non-league challenge.
The Knights now own a 5-23 record. They take the field next when they travel to Crisp County for a non-league challenge on Thursday, October 20. Upson-Lee will battle a Cougars squad coming off a 9-8 non-league loss to Tift County (Tifton, GA). The Cougars record now stands at 21-5.
With the loss, Calvary Day falls to 6-11 on the campaign. The Cavaliers travel to Morgan County (Madison, GA) to battle the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Thursday, October 20. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a record of 18-10. Morgan County won 4-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Prince Avenue Christian (Athens, GA)
