October 20, 2022: Rowland Heights, CA 91748 The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Southlands Christian Eagles (Rowland Heights, CA) and the visiting Santa Paula Cardinals (Santa Paula, CA), saw Southlands Christian's volleyball squad beat Santa Paula by a tally of 3-1.
With the win, Southlands Christian upgrades its record to 14-10 on the year. The Eagles travel to Western (Anaheim, CA) to play the Pioneers in a non-league bout on Saturday, October 22. The Pioneers go into the bout with a record of 11-7. Western won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Loara (Anaheim, CA)
The Cardinals now own a 10-8 record.
