October 20, 2023: Basin, WY 82410 In Friday's league game, the Big Piney Punchers (Big Piney, WY) football team smashed the host Riverside Rebels (Basin, WY), by a final score of 35-0.
The Punchers (8-1) will now prepare for their game against Pine Bluffs (Pine Bluffs, WY). The Hornets come into the non-league game with a 6-2 record. In their last game, Pine Bluffs was trounced by Southeast (Yoder, WY), 30-20, in a league game.
The Rebels now hold a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Southeast for a non-league game on Friday, October 27. Riverside will battle a Cyclones team coming off a 30-20 league win over Pine Bluffs (Pine Bluffs, WY). The Cyclones record now stands at 6-2.
