The Hopewell-Loudon Chieftains thwarted the visiting Calvert Senecas football team by a count of 19-7 in Friday's league outing.

With the win, Hopewell-Loudon upgrades its record to 10-0 on the season. The Chieftains host Montpelier (Montpelier, OH) to encounter the Locomotives in a non-league outing on Friday, October 27. The Locomotives go into the outing with a record of 7-3. Montpelier won 56-0 in their recent league outing against Hilltop (West Unity, OH)
