New York High School Football - Henninger topped by West Genesee
October 20, 2023: Syracuse, NY 13206 The Henninger Black Knights football team (Syracuse, NY), was beaten 28-14 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting West Genesee Wildcats (Camillus, NY)
The Wildcats (3-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Nottingham (Syracuse, NY). The Bulldogs come into the non-league challenge with a 2-5 record. In their last challenge, Nottingham was beaten by Central Square (Central Square, NY), 51-14, in a league challenge.
The Black Knights now sport a 0-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Christian Brothers Academy for a non-league challenge on Friday, October 27. Henninger will meet a Brothers team coming off a 20-17 league win over Baldwinsville (Baldwinsville, NY). The Brothers record now stands at 8-0.
