Washington High School Football - Lake Quinault felled by Northwest Christian
October 20, 2023: Lacey, WA 98516 In Friday's league game, the Northwest Christian Wolverines (Lacey, WA) football team were victorious over the visiting Lake Quinault Elks (Amanda Park, WA), by a score of 40-24.
The Wolverines (7-0) will now prepare for their game against Wishkah Valley (Aberdeen, WA). The Loggers come into the 1B Coastal (6 Man) game with a 2-5 record. In their last game, Wishkah Valley was knocked off by Mary M. Knight (Elma, WA), 45-18, in a league game.
The Elks now sport a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they host Washington School for the Deaf for a 1B Coastal (6 Man) game on Thursday, October 26. Lake Quinault will meet a Terriers team coming off a 44-13 league loss to Clallam Bay (Clallam Bay, WA). The Terriers record now stands at 3-3.
