October 20, 2023: Ashburn, VA 20148 Unity Reed Lions (Manassas, VA) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the host Rock Ridge Phoenix (Ashburn, VA), 38-14 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Unity Reed improves its record to 1-7 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Osbourn Park (Manassas, VA) to battle the Yellowjackets in a Western test on Friday, October 27. The Yellowjackets come into the test with a record of 1-7. Osbourn Park lost 59-0 in their recent league test against Battlefield (Haymarket, VA)
With the loss, Rock Ridge drops to 2-6 on the campaign. The Phoenix travel to Heritage (Leesburg, VA) to battle the Pride in a Dulles test on Friday, October 27. The Pride come into the test with a record of 2-6. Heritage lost 28-14 in their recent league test against Loudoun Valley (Purcellville, VA)
