California High School Football - Serra held off by Sierra Canyon

Sierra Canyon Trailblazers (Chatsworth, CA) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team nip the visiting Serra Cavaliers (Gardena, CA), 35-28 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Sierra Canyon improves its record to 9-0 on the campaign. The Trailblazers host Chaminade (West Hills, CA) to battle the Eagles in a Mission test on Friday, October 27. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 5-4. Chaminade lost 35-17 in their recent league test against Bishop Amat (La Puente, CA)

With the loss, Serra drops to 6-3 on the campaign. The Cavaliers host Alemany (Mission Hills, CA) to battle the Warriors in a Mission test on Friday, October 27. The Warriors come into the test with a record of 1-8. Alemany lost 42-6 in their recent league test against Notre Dame (SO) (Sherman Oaks, CA)
