October 20, 2023: Bethel, AK 99559 The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Barrow Whalers (Utqiagvik, AK) and the host Bethel Warriors (Bethel, AK), saw Barrow's volleyball squad beat Bethel by a tally of 3-0.
With the win, Barrow upgrades its record to 14-13 on the year. The Whalers travel to Mountain City Christian Academy (Anchorage, AK) to play the Lions in a non-league bout on Saturday, October 21. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 19-24. Mountain City Christian Academy won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Bethel (Bethel, AK)
The Warriors now own a 5-15 record. They play next when they host Mountain City Christian Academy for a non-league bout on Friday, October 20. Bethel will play a Lions squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Houston (Big Lake, AK). The Lions record now stands at 18-23.
