The Notre Dame Pioneers volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Central Catholic Eagles to 1 in the Pioneers non-league victory on Friday.

The Pioneers now have a 20-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Dunham for a non-league game on Friday, October 20. Notre Dame will meet a Tigers team coming off a 3-0 league win over Episcopal (Baton Rouge, LA). The Tigers record now stands at 10-16.

The Eagles (14-13) will now prepare for their game against Pope John Paul II (Slidell, LA). The Jaguars enter the non-league game with a 18-7 record. In their last game, Pope John Paul II nipped Sarah T. Reed (New Orleans, LA), 3-0, in a league game.
