Connecticut High School Soccer - Windsor Locks nudged by Wheeler
October 20, 2025: North Stonington, CT 06359 Wheeler Lions (North Stonington, CT) fans went home in high spirits Monday as they observed their soccer squad nudge the visiting Windsor Locks Raiders (Windsor Locks, CT), 3-2 in a non-league outing.
The Lions (8-6) will now prepare for their outing against Griswold (Griswold, CT). The Wolverines go into the non-league outing with a 6-7 record.
Next up, the Raiders play the Canton Warriors (Canton, CT) in a Central Connecticut - North outing, on Tuesday, October 21. Windsor Locks will attempt to improve on its 0-7 season record. The Warriors go into the outing with a 6-3 record after their 6-0 non-league win over Northwestern Regional (Winsted, CT).
