The Kennedy Fighting Irish football team (La Palma, CA), was ripped 41-6 in Thursday's league challenge with the host Cypress Centurions (Cypress, CA)

The Centurions (7-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Valencia (Placentia, CA). The Tigers come into the Empire challenge with a 2-7 record. In their last challenge, Valencia was ripped by Tustin (Tustin, CA), 51-31, in a league challenge.

The Fighting Irish now sport a 4-4 record. They take the field next when they host Pacifica for a Empire challenge on Thursday, October 28. Kennedy will meet a Mariners team coming off a 41-6 league win over Crean Lutheran (Irvine, CA). The Mariners record now stands at 7-2.
