The Central Dragons football squad scored 44 points and restricted the visiting Westmont Hilltop Hilltoppers to 23 in the Dragons league victory on Friday.

The Dragons now possess a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Somerset for a Laurel Highlands battle on Friday, October 28. Central will play a Eagles squad coming off a 42-8 league loss to Central Cambria (Ebensburg, PA). The Eagles record now stands at 1-8.

Next up, the Hilltoppers meet the Bishop McCort Crushers (Johnstown, PA) in a Laurel Highlands challenge, on Friday, October 28. Westmont Hilltop will attempt to better on its 3-6 season record. The Crushers come into the challenge with a 2-7 record after their 56-3 league loss to Bishop Guilfoyle (Altoona, PA).
