The Escalon Cougars walloped the host Ripon Indians football team by a count of 43-0 in Friday's league outing.

With the win, Escalon upgrades its record to 6-3 on the season. The Cougars travel to Livingston (Livingston, CA) to encounter the Wolves in a Trans Valley League outing on Friday, October 28. The Wolves go into the outing with a record of 4-5. Livingston won 27-3 in their recent league outing against Riverbank (Riverbank, CA)

With the loss, Ripon moves to 4-5 on the season. The Indians travel to Hughson (Hughson, CA) to encounter the Huskies in a Trans Valley League outing on Friday, October 28.
