In Friday's league match, the Penn Cambria Panthers (Cresson, PA) football squad toppled the host Forest Hills Rangers (Sidman, PA), by a margin of 49-34.

In their next game, the Panthers clash with the Chestnut Ridge Lions (New Paris, PA) in a Laurel Highlands match, on Friday, October 28. Penn Cambria will attempt to move on its 8-1 season record. The Lions enter the match with a 6-3 record after their 40-14 league loss to Richland (Johnstown, PA).

The Rangers (2-7) will now prepare for their match against Greater Johnstown (Johnstown, PA). The Trojans enter the Laurel Highlands match with a 0-9 record. In their last match, Greater Johnstown dropped by Bedford (Bedford, PA), 60-8, in a league match.
