October 21, 2022: Columbia, MD 21046 The Hammond Golden Bears football team (Columbia, MD), was ripped 41-6 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Marriotts Ridge (Marriottsville, MD)
The (2-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Oakland Mills (Columbia, MD). The Scorpions come into the Howard County challenge with a 4-4 record. In their last challenge, Oakland Mills was ripped by Reservoir (Fulton, MD), 21-14, in a league challenge.
The Golden Bears now sport a 0-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Long Reach for a Howard County challenge on Friday, October 28. Hammond will meet a Lightning team coming off a 25-8 league win over Glenelg (Glenelg, MD). The Lightning record now stands at 6-2.
