In Friday's league match, the visiting North Schuylkill Spartans football squad scored a good 35-7 victory over the Salisbury Township Falcons.

In their next game, the Spartans clash with the Pottsville Crimson Tide (Pottsville, PA) in a Colonial-Schuylkill match, on Friday, October 28. North Schuylkill will attempt to move on its 7-2 season record. The Crimson Tide enter the match with a 4-5 record after their 42-7 league loss to Southern Lehigh (Center Valley, PA).

The Falcons (0-9) will now prepare for their match against Catasauqua (Catasauqua, PA). The Rough Riders enter the Colonial-Schuylkill match with a 5-4 record. In their last match, Catasauqua dropped by Palisades (Kintnersville, PA), 20-17, in a league match.
