October 21, 2023: Gloucester, MA 01930 In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Peabody Veterans Memorial Tanners football squad scored a close 6-0 victory over the Gloucester Fishermen.
In their next game, the Tanners clash with the Salem Witches (Salem, MA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, October 28. Peabody Veterans Memorial will attempt to move on its 1-3 season record.
The Fishermen (1-2) will now prepare for their match against Whittier RVT (Haverhill, MA). The Wildcats enter the non-league match with a 2-1 record. In their last match, Whittier RVT held off KIPP Academy Lynn Collegiate (Lynn, MA), 24-0, in a non-league match.
