Georgia High School Flag Football - Macon County holds off Dooly County
October 21, 2024: Montezuma, GA 31063 The Macon County Bulldogs (Montezuma, GA) flag football tipped the visiting Dooly County Bobcats (Vienna, GA), 6-0 in Monday's league outing.
The Bulldogs now sport a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Treutlen for a D1 Area 3 outing on Wednesday, October 23. Macon County will clash with a Vikings squad coming off a 7-0 league loss to Fitzgerald (Fitzgerald, GA). The Vikings record now stands at 0-1.
With the defeat, Dooly County drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Bobcats travel to Fitzgerald (Fitzgerald, GA) to clash with the Purple Hurricane in a D1 Area 3 outing on Thursday, October 24. The Purple Hurricane come into the outing with a record of 3-1. Fitzgerald won 13-0 in their recent league outing against Dougherty (Albany, GA)
