In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the host Minnewaska Area Lakers football team scored a big 49-6 win over the Park Rapids Panthers.

In their next game, the Lakers play the Thief River Falls Prowlers (Thief River Falls, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 25. Minnewaska Area will attempt to upgrade on its 6-3 season record. The Prowlers come into the test with a 4-5 record after their 21-7 non-league win over Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta (Morris, MN).
