October 21, 2025: Wheat Ridge, CO 80033 Fans at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Legacy Lightning (Broomfield, CO) and the host Wheat Ridge Farmers (Wheat Ridge, CO), saw Legacy's soccer squad triumph over Wheat Ridge by a count of 7-0.
The Lightning (4-1) will now prepare for their battle against Erie (Erie, CO). The Tigers enter the non-league battle with a 5-5 record. In their last battle, Erie was overwhelmed by Monarch (Louisville, CO), 4-2, in a league match.
The Farmers now sport a 2-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Golden for a non-league match on Thursday, October 23.
