October 21, 2025: Columbus, GA 31907 Kendrick Cherokees (Columbus, GA) followers went home pleased Tuesday as they saw their flag football team triumph over the visiting Stewart County Royal Knights (Lumpkin, GA), 50-0 in a league battle.
With the win, Kendrick advances its record to 1-1 on the season. The Cherokees host Hardaway (Columbus, GA) to encounter the Hawks in a D1 Area 7 battle on Tuesday, October 28. The Hawks go into the battle with a record of 0-2. Hardaway lost 18-0 in their recent league battle against Shaw (Columbus, GA)
The Royal Knights now own a 0-3 record. They play next when they travel to Northside for a D1 Area 7 match on Thursday, October 23. Stewart County will confront a Patriots squad coming off a 33-0 league win over Hardaway (Columbus, GA). The Patriots record now stands at 4-1.
