October 22, 2021: Brighton, TN 38011 In Friday's league match, the visiting Dyer County Choctaws football squad scored a good 61-50 victory over the Brighton Cardinals.
In their next game, the Choctaws face the Kingsbury Falcons (Memphis, TN) in a 5A Region 8 bout, on Thursday, October 28. Dyer County will attempt to move on its 5-3 season record. The Falcons enter the bout with a 2-6 record after their 55-14 league loss to Munford (Munford, TN).
The Cardinals (4-4) will now prepare for their bout against Southwind (Memphis, TN). The Jaguars enter the 5A Region 8 bout with a 1-8 record. In their last bout, Southwind lost by Overton (Memphis, TN), 24-0, in a league bout.
