The Cypress Springs Panthers (Cypress, TX) football defeated the visiting Cypress Falls Eagles (Houston, TX), 38-30 in Saturday's league bout.

In their next game, the Panthers face the Cypress Woods Wildcats (Cypress, TX) in a 6A Region II District 16 bout, on Friday, October 28. Cypress Springs will attempt to move on its 4-4 season record. The Wildcats enter the bout with a 5-3 record after their 27-10 league win over Bridgeland (Cypress, TX).
