In their next game, the Highlanders face the Fitchburg Red Raiders (Fitchburg, MA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, October 28. Doherty Memorial will attempt to move on its 1-6 season record. The Red Raiders enter the bout with a 1-6 record after their 28-20 league loss to Nashoba Regional (Bolton, MA).
The Polar Bears (2-5) will now prepare for their bout against Quabbin Regional (Barre, MA). The Panthers enter the non-league bout with a 1-5 record. In their last bout, Quabbin Regional was toppled by Narragansett Regional (Baldwinville, MA), 22-8, in a league bout.
