In Saturday's league match, the host Milby Buffs football squad scored a big 43-0 victory over the Sharpstown Apollos.

In their next game, the Buffs clash with the Austin Mustangs (Houston, TX) in a 5A-1 Region III District 9 match, on Friday, October 28. Milby will attempt to move on its 4-5 season record. The Mustangs enter the match with a 2-6 record after their 22-12 league win over Sharpstown (Houston, TX).
