October 22, 2024: Calhan, CO 80808 Ellicott Thunderhawks (Calhan, CO) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Atlas Preparatory School Gryphons (Colorado Springs, CO), 3-0 in a league test.
With the win, Ellicott improves its record to 2-16 on the season. The Thunderhawks host Woodland Park (Woodland Park, CO) to encounter the Panthers in a 3A/2A Tri-Peaks test on Thursday, October 24. The Panthers go into the test with a record of 10-8. Woodland Park lost 3-0 in their recent league test against Salida (Salida, CO)
The Gryphons now own a 1-16 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lamar for a 3A/2A Tri-Peaks test on Thursday, October 24. Atlas Preparatory School will encounter a Thunder squad coming off a 3-0 league win over James Irwin (Colorado Springs, CO). The Thunder record now stands at 18-2.
