October 22, 2024: Maurice, LA 70555 Beau Chene Gators (Arnaudville, LA) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host North Vermilion Patriots (Maurice, LA), 3-0 in a league test.
With the win, Beau Chene improves its record to 12-5 on the season. The Gators travel to St. Thomas More (Lafayette, LA) to encounter the Cougars in a Division II District 4 test on Thursday, October 24. The Cougars go into the test with a record of 29-3. St. Thomas More won 3-0 in their recent league test against Teurlings Catholic (Lafayette, LA)
The Patriots now own a 9-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Teurlings Catholic for a non-league test on Wednesday, October 23. North Vermilion will encounter a Rebels squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Parkview Baptist (Baton Rouge, LA). The Rebels record now stands at 15-12.
