In Thursday's league battle, the host St. Xavier Bombers soccer squad scored a close 4-0 win over the Butler Aviators.
The Bombers (18-3) will now prepare for their battle against Lakota East (Liberty Township, OH). The Thunderhawks go into the non-league battle with a 7-7 record. In their last battle, Lakota East nipped Walnut Hills (Cincinnati, OH), 1-0, in a league battle.
