Colorado High School Flag Football - Ponderosa tops Thornton
October 23, 2024: Thornton, CO 80229 The Ponderosa Mustangs flag football squad scored 24 points and limited the host Thornton Trojans to 12 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Mustangs now hold a 4-12 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mountain View for a non-league test on Saturday, October 26. Ponderosa will meet a Mountain Lions squad coming off a 37-35 non-league loss to Valor Christian (Highlands Ranch, CO). The Mountain Lions record now stands at 14-1.
With the defeat, Thornton drops to 8-7 on the campaign.
