In Thursday's league game, the Mountain View Cougars (Bend, OR) football team overcame the visiting Ridgeview Ravens (Redmond, OR), by a tally of 21-6.

In their next game, the Cougars battle the Bend Lava Bears (Bend, OR) in a 5A Intermountain game, on Friday, October 31. Mountain View will attempt to better on its 7-1 season record. The Lava Bears enter the game with a 4-4 record after their 35-12 league win over Redmond (Redmond, OR).
