Texas High School Football - Worthing trounces Scarborough
October 23, 2025: Houston, TX 77092 In Thursday's league match, the visiting Worthing Colts football squad scored a decisive 72-0 triumph over the Scarborough Spartans.
The Colts (5-4) will now prepare for their battle against Wheatley (Houston, TX). The Wildcats go into the 4A-1 Region III District 11 battle with a 3-5 record. In their last battle, Wheatley walloped Scarborough (Houston, TX), 57-6, in a league battle.
The Spartans now own a 1-6 record. They play next when they travel to Kashmere for a 4A-1 Region III District 11 battle on Friday, October 31. Scarborough will play a Fighting Rams team coming off a 32-15 league loss to Furr (Houston, TX). The Fighting Rams record now stands at 2-6.
