The crowd at Thursday's league contest between the Tupelo Christian Prep Eagles (Belden, MS) and the host Thrasher Rebels (Booneville, MS), witnessed Tupelo Christian Prep's football squad wallop Thrasher by a tally of 41-0.

The Eagles (5-4) will now prepare for their contest against Smithville (Smithville, MS). The Seminoles enter the 1A Region 1 contest with a 3-6 record. In their last contest, Smithville was trounced by Biggersville (Corinth, MS), 62-13, in a league contest.

Coming up next, the Rebels confront the Biggersville Lions (Corinth, MS) in a 1A Region 1 contest, on Thursday, October 30. Thrasher will attempt to better on its 0-9 season record. The Lions enter the contest with a 8-1 record after their 62-13 league win over Smithville (Smithville, MS).
