With the victory, Alexander Central upgrades its record to 5-4 on the year. The Cougars travel to South Caldwell (Hudson, NC) to confront the Spartans in a contest on Thursday, October 30. The Spartans enter the contest with a record of 2-6. South Caldwell lost 30-14 in their recent non-league contest against St. Stephens (Hickory, NC)
