October 23, 2025: Hilton Head Island, SC 29926 Colleton County Cougars (Walterboro, SC) followers went home in high spirits Thursday as they saw their football team triumph over the host Hilton Head Island Seahawks (Hilton Head Island, SC), 40-0 in a league battle.
With the win, Colleton County advances its record to 7-1 on the season. The Cougars host Bishop England (Charleston, SC) to confront the Battling Bishops in a match on Thursday, October 30. The Battling Bishops come into the match with a record of 4-2. Bishop England won 24-13 in their recent non-league match against Bluffton (Bluffton, SC)
Next up, the Seahawks play the Beaufort Eagles (Beaufort, SC) in a non-league test, on Thursday, October 30. Hilton Head Island will attempt to upgrade on its 4-1 season record. The Eagles come into the test with a 1-5 record after their 24-7 non-league loss to Bishop England (Charleston, SC).
