October 23, 2025: Fairfax, VA 22030 The crowd at Thursday's non-league contest between the West Springfield Spartans (Springfield, VA) and the host Fairfax Lions (Fairfax, VA), witnessed West Springfield's football squad knock off Fairfax by a tally of 16-0.
The Spartans (6-0) will now prepare for their contest against Alexandria City (Alexandria, VA). The Titans enter the non-league contest with a 7-0 record. In their last contest, Alexandria City gained a win over Robinson (Fairfax, VA), 20-3, in a non-league contest.
